Our property descriptions, besides the obvious for Sale or Rent "Operations" we also have Pending. A property may be listed as Pending for various reasons, perhaps it's Under Offer or we have not yet received certain copies of paperwork and therefore it's not available until the status is changed. This serves to show you that the property exsists and you can be on the waiting list or first to know when it's available.
With regards to our property search, we describe a Coastal Property as anything directly on the beach in towns such as Mojacar Playa, Garrucha, Vera Playa etc, but also that is within 5 minutes drive so this could include Mojacar Pueblo, Urbanisation Cabuzana of Vera etc. Inland is just over 5 minutes drive for towns such as Turre. Although any town from the A7 motorway to the beach could effectively be called Coastal Properties since they are all within a short drive to the beaches we prefer to differentiate them in this way. It's also rare that a property we have listed doesn't also have the search criteria ticked for being close to a town or amenities, since most properties are within a 5-10minutes drive from shops. Some rural mountain villages such as Jauro de Antas will even have a small shop in the village or otherwise have supplies such as bread delivered on certain days and is a charming way to meet the locals.
For a property that is listed as No Community means that there is no Community Fee, for gardens and pool etc, but of course you will still have to pay the relevant townhall annual tax (IBI) and rubbish collection (Basura) that is normally charged every 3 months.
We also use abbreviations such as OFP for open fireplace and F/F which means fully fitted, a kitchen that has built-in cupboards.
