Since this B & B consists of several apartments, we will describe each one separatedly, in the same order they appear on the video.
A 24 m² “little house” , which consists of a bedsit with arch to the kitchen, with ceramic hob and fridge. From this kitchen you can access the bathroom with walk in shower. In front of the “casita” there is a private covered terrace.
Next to the Casita is the laundry room with washing machine, which can be used by all the clients.
The main building has two separate entrances and each apartment has its own private entrance.
At the front, on the side of the garden where the swimming pool is, is the main door, which opens into the hall with access to:

A few steps lead into this independent apartment with a luxurious kitchen-dining room with a large table, wood burner and double doors to the private covered terrace. Next to the kitchen is the sitting room, on an elevated position and with wood burner. Through the sitting room you can get to the double bedroom with en suite bathroom with double washbasin and walk in shower.
At the back there is a large terrace with views to the rambla, the natural surroundings and the mountains at the back. From this terrace you can reach 3 apartments with two separate entrances.
Apartment with sitting-dining room and open kitchen with white goods. This apartment has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom with double washbasin and walk in shower.
The other door, at the other side of the terrace, leads to a hall with access to the next 2 apartments:

This apartment, just like “Granada” is built on diferent levels, to make good use of the previous layout of the cortijo. The entrance opens into the kitchen with white goods and high table. A few steps take you to the sitting room with wood burner. From here you can access the double bedroom with en suite bathroom, on a higher level, and also with double washbasin and walk in shower.
This B & B has in total 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with storage space and an office.
At the front there are some stairs that take you to the large roof terrace with wonderful views to the surroundings, the mountains and the garden. In the garden you can lie in the sun enjoying the peace and quiet and jump in the pool to cool down every now and then.
This B & B has all the necessary licences to rent holiday apartments. There is enough parking space in the plot for several vehicles. Since this business is sold totally furnished you can take over and start working straight away.
As we’ve mentioned before, this B & B is in the outskirts of Albox, in a quiet place but close to all amenities needed.
