Los Gallardos is a traditional town with recent modernisations. Well connected for the A7 motorway and coastal resorts such as Mojácar and located at a convenient place which is exactly why most of the hiking trails within the eastern Almería region start at Los Gallardos. The view of Aquas and Juato rivers, and old Ibero Roman city along with a number of other archeological sites are a delight to watch and visit. The old threshing floors which manage to keep their structure made out of stone along with the walls over the dry river banks accentuate the history of this town. Other hamlets worth visiting include Alfaix, with the HPB "El Pueblito" and superb menu in the Venta del Alfaix restaurant is highly recommended. Los Gallardos and Urbanisation Huerta Nueva is a brilliant choice for residence and if you are looking for property in the region, contact RMB Spain now.
